Return Policy

We're pretty reasonable but please make sure you understand what you're getting when you purchase with us. If you need additional measurements, origin information, or additional photos of an item let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate.

Some of the items in our inventory have been produced many years ago, sometimes decades. We've vetted them prior to acquiring them and are confident in our ability to spot imperfections and quality concerns. Imperfections and quality concerns are factored into our pricing structure in advance.

We're a small team of humans so sometimes we miss things, send us an email to orders@lichennyc.com with your order number and we'll be happy to rectify the situation.

We're kind people, please be kind in return. Take a deep breath before you hit send..you'll get more bees with honey as the saying goes.     

- A re-stocking fee of 20% will be instituted on returns. We're charged a transaction fee anytime an order is processed, in addition we have a fulfillment process that gets backed up when we have to re-add product to our inventory. We'd much rather avoid this before a purchase is made rather than after.
